Purpose and Scope
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act [50 ILCS 708] and authorized by Section 10 of the Illinois Police Training Act [50 ILCS 705/10].ILLINOIS LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING STANDARDS BOARD
Unless otherwise indicated, this Part sets forth the general requirements and procedures that are applicable for the training of all interns.
