AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 3-2-2, 3-14-1, 3-14-2, and 3-14-3 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2-2, 3-14-1, 3-14-2, and 3-14-3] and authorized by Sections 3-2-2 and 3-14-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2-2 and 3-14-1].DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
The Department shall schedule committed persons for post-incarceration programming prior to release where time and circumstances permit.
