Assistance by Committed Persons
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-7-2 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, pars. 1003-7-2 and 1003-7-1).DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
Committed persons may assist one another in the preparation of legal documents to the extent consistent with institutional security. Committed persons shall not receive compensation for such assistance.
