Reg. 5642AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 3-2-2, 3-6-2, 3-6-3, 3-8-3, 3-9-1, 3-10-2, and 3-12-3 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2-2, 3-6-2, 3-6-3, 3-8-3, 3-9-1, 3-10-2, and 3-12-3] and Sections 13-40 through 13-45 of the Illinois School Code [105 ILCS 5/13-40 through 13-45] and authorized by Sections 3-2-2 and 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2-2 and 3-7-1].DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
Financial counseling and technical assistance in securing remedial education, G.E.D. training, special education, vocational training and post-secondary education may be provided by the Department of Corrections School District #428 to committed persons of the Community Services Division.
