AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 6.3 of the Illinois Police Training Act [50 ILCS 705/6.3].ILLINOIS LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING AND STANDARDS BOARD
The Board shall develop and publish written materials for law enforcement agencies and officers to explain the rights and processes related to this Part.
