Revocation and Denial of BAT Authorization
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 2605-15 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2605/2605-15]. Implementing Section 11-501.5 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/11-501.5]. Implementing Section 11-501.6 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/11-501.6]. a) Any grounds for revocation set forth in Section 1286.120.
b) Failure to comply with Section 1286.130.
c) Anything deemed by the Director or designee not in the best interest of the program.
The Director or his/her designee may revoke or deny authorization to a BAT. Grounds for revocation or denial of BAT authorization can be, but are not limited to:
