AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 55a(A)(26) of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2605/55a(A)(26)].ILLINOIS STATE POLICE
"Department" means the Department of State Police.
"Director" means the Director of State Police or the Director's designee.
