AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 3-2.5-20 and 3-2-8 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
"Chief Administrative Officer" means the highest ranking official of a youth center.
"Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice.
"Director" means the Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
