Agency Internet Access

AUTHORITY: Implementing provisions of Section 5-15(a) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15(a)]; reflecting requirements set out in Section 20-5 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/20-5(d-6)] and Sections 1-70, 1-75, 1-80 and 1-120 of the Illinois Power Agency Act [20 ILCS 3855/1-25, 1-70, 1-75, 1-80 and 1-120]; and furthering policy of and implementing Sections 1-20(b)(22) and 1-25 of the Illinois Power Agency Act [20 ILCS 3855/1-20(b)(22) and 1-25)].ILLINOIS POWER AGENCY

The Agency shall maintain an internet domain website to provide information regarding the Agency's activities. The internet site is located at http://www.illinois.gov/ipa. The Agency will comply with the State of Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act [30 ILCS 587].
