Executive Director and General Counsel

AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and authorized by Section 5(i) of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act [115 ILCS 5/5(i)].ILLINOIS EDUCATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD

The Board shall employ an Executive Director and a General Counsel who shall be responsible for the operations of the offices of the Board. The Executive Director and General Counsel shall report directly to the Board.
