Petitions for Rulemaking
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and authorized by Section 5(i) of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act [115 ILCS 5/5(i)].
ILLINOIS EDUCATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD
a) Any interested person may petition the Board for the adoption, amendment or repeal of a rule.
b) Petitions for rulemaking shall be in writing and shall be addressed to the Executive Director at either of the Board's offices.
