1. a) All Board rules have been codified under Title 35 of the Illinois Administrative Code since October 1983. Each general area of regulation has been assigned a particular Subtitle as set out below:

2. b) The Subtitles listed in subsection (a) also include some rules of the Agency. The Board's rules appear at Chapter I of each of the Subtitles.
