Appointment of Executive Director
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100] and the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500].PROCUREMENT POLICY BOARD
As provided in Section 5-5 of the Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/5-5], the members of the Board appoint the Executive Director of the Procurement Policy Board.
