AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100] and the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500].PROCUREMENT POLICY BOARD
Rules of the Procurement Policy Board are developed by the Board members or by the Board staff under the specific direction of the Board.
