AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs Act [20 ILCS 2805].DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS
The Office of the Director is responsible for the general policies and administration of all Department programs and operations.
