NOI Proceedings
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15], Section 2.05 of the Open Meetings Act [5 ILCS 120/2.05], and Section 2-107 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/2-107] and authorized by Section 10-101 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/10-101].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
a) The NOI Manager will make a written public report to the Commission which expresses the views and opinions of participants in the inquiry.
b) The NOI Manager shall make a recommendation to the Commission based on the results of the inquiry.
