Disclosure of Information
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and Section 7.1 of the Illinois Lottery Law [20 ILCS 1605/7.1].DEPARTMENT OF THE LOTTERY
Records of the Department shall be considered public information unless exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 12 of the Act or Section 3 or 7 of the FOIA.
