Reg. 13550AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 20-5, 20-50 and 20-55 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/20-5, 20-50 and 20-55], Section 2002 of the Fiscal Control and Internal Auditing Act [30 ILCS 10/2002], and Sections 10-10, 10-5, and 10-20 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/10-10, 10-15, 10-20, and 50-39] and authorized by Section 20-15 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/20-15] and Section 10-5 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/10-5].EXECUTIVE ETHICS COMMISSION
After filing the complaint, the petitioner shall serve a file-stamped copy of the complaint on all respondents and on each respondent's ultimate jurisdictional authority in the same manner as process is served under Part 2 (Process) of the Civil Practice Law of the Code of Civil Procedure [735 ILCS 5/Art. II, Part 2]. [5 ILCS 430/20-50(d)] Petitioner shall file the proof of service with the Commission.
