Complaint − Required Provisions

Reg. 13108AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 20-5, 20-50 and 20-55 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/20-5, 20-50 and 20-55], Section 2002 of the Fiscal Control and Internal Auditing Act [30 ILCS 10/2002], and Sections 10-10, 10-5, and 10-20 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/10-10, 10-15, 10-20, and 50-39] and authorized by Section 20-15 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/20-15] and Section 10-5 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/10-5].EXECUTIVE ETHICS COMMISSION
The complaint shall set forth the jurisdiction of the Commission by identifying the respondent, the respondent's employer and the Section of the Act the respondent is alleged to have violated. The complaint shall also set forth the alleged violation and the grounds that exist to support the petition.
