Requests for Records that Require Electronic Retrieval
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140/3(h)], Section 805-15 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources (Conservation Law) [20 ILCS 805] and Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15].DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
a) A request for records that requires electronic retrieval will be treated the same as any other request for records, with the same timeline and extensions as allowed for other records.
b) The Agency will retrieve and provide electronic records only in a format and medium that is available to the Agency.
