Introduction

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and implementing Section 17.1 of the State Treasurer Act [15 ILCS 505/17.1].TREASURER

Pursuant to Section 5-15(a)(1) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (IAPA) [5 ILCS 100], the Treasurer promulgates this Subpart setting forth the organization of the Office of the Treasurer.
