General Materials Available from the Freedom of Information Officer
AUTHORITY: Subparts A, B, and C are implementing and authorized by Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, par. 1005-15). Subpart D is implementing and authorized by the Freedom of Information Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 116, par. 201 et seq.)ILLINOIS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
a) A brief description of the organizational structure and budget of the Authority;
b) A brief description of the means for requesting information and public records;
c) A list of types and categories of public records maintained by the Authority.
