Requests for Records that Require Electronic Retrieval
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140], implementing Section 5-15 of the Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15], and authorized by Section 20(f) of the Higher Education Student Assistance Act [110 ILCS 947/20(f)].ILLINOIS STUDENT ASSISTANCE COMMISSION
a) A request for records that requires electronic retrieval will be treated the same as any other request for records, with the same timeline and extensions as allowed for other records.
b) The Agency will retrieve and provide electronic records only in a format and medium that is available to the Agency.
