Name, Statutory Authority and Composition
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140/3(h)], implementing the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act [20 ILCS 3960] and Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15].HEALTH FACILITIES AND SERVICES REVIEW BOARD
a) Name: The Health Facilities and Services Review Board.
b) Statutory Authority: The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act [20 ILCS 3960].
c) Composition: The composition of the State Board shall be as prescribed in Section 4 of the Act.
