Requests for Records that Require Electronic Retrieval
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140/3(h)] and authorized by Section 2310-195 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law [20 ILCS 2310/2310-195] and Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15].DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
a) A request for records that requires electronic retrieval will be treated the same as any other request for records, with the same timeline and extensions as allowed for other records.
b) The Agency will retrieve and provide electronic records only in a format and medium that is available to the Agency.
