Statutory Exemptions

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140/3(h)], implementing Section 2006 of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities Law [20 ILCS 4010/2006] and Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15].ILLINOIS COUNCIL ON DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

a) All information determined to be confidential under Section 4002 of the Technology Advancement and Development Act [20 ILCS 700].
b) Information prohibited from being disclosed by the Personnel Records Review Act [820 ILCS 40].

To the extent provided for by the following statutes, the following shall be exempt from inspection and copying:
