Submittal of Requests for Public Records

Reg. 15377AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(h) of the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140], implementing Section 7 of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5] and Section 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15].ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

a) Any request for public records must be submitted to the FOI Officer at the Agency. The requester may use an internet form, which can be found at www.epa.state.il.us/foia.
1. b) FOIA requests may be submitted via U.S. Mail, e-mail, fax, or hand delivery. Requests that are sent via U.S. Mail or hand delivery should be sent to:
