AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5-10 and 5-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-10 and 5-15] and authorized by Sections 3-2.5.20 and 3-2-5 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-20 and 3-2-5].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
"Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice.
"Director" means the highest ranking official of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
