Penalty
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 1.10, 3.23, 3.25, 3.27, 3.34, and 3.36 of the Wildlife Code [520 ILCS 5/1.10, 3.23, 3.25, 3.27, 3.34, and 3.36].DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
Any person violating the provisions of this Order shall, upon conviction, be subject to statutory penalties as prescribed by Section 3.5 of the Wildlife Code.
