Application and Scope
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 1 and 4 of the State Parks Act [20 ILCS 835/1 and 4] and by Sections 805-120, 805-300 and 805-525 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 805/805-120, 805-300 and 805-525] and by Section 6z-10 of the State Finance Act [30 ILCS 105/6z-10].DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
This Part shall apply to the berthing of vessels and other activities and operations within the North Point Marina.
