1. a) All documents required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to the ULPA shall be filed with the Department.

2. b) Documents submitted for filing in Springfield, the Department's headquarters, shall be filed at the following address:

   Department of Business Services

   Limited Partnership Section

   Room 357, Howlett Building

   Springfield, Illinois 62756

3. c) Documents submitted by mail for filing should be sent to the Department's Springfield office.
