Funding Sources

Effective May 8, 202448 Ill. Reg. 7690AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 4-20 of the Broadband Infrastructure Advancement Act [220 ILCS 81], and Section 605-20 of Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law [20 ILCS 605].DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY

a) American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ("ARPA") Capital Projects Fund (P.L. 117-2).
b) Build Illinois Bond Act [30 ILCS 425/4 (b)].
c) The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA") Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program (P.L. 117-58).
d) Funding for grants may be provided by any source of funding as permitted by the State and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
