Allocation of Appropriations
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 8a of the Illinois Promotion Act [20 ILCS 665/8a] and Section 8.25 of the State Finance Act [30 ILCS 105/8.25] and authorized by Section 9 of the Illinois Promotion Act [20 ILCS 665/9].DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
Annual appropriations made by the General Assembly to the Department for the purpose of making loans and grants under Section 8a of the Act may be used by the Department in any county in the State.
