Eligible Program Costs
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Intermodal Facilities Promotion Act [30 ILCS 743].DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
a) $3,000,000 in each State fiscal year; or
b) the total amount of infrastructure costs incurred by the eligible developer with respect to a project that is the subject of an agreement. [30 ILCS 743/25]
