Eligible Program Costs
AUTHORITY: Implemented and authorized by Section 10-6 of the River Edge Redevelopment Zone Act [65 ILCS 115/10-6].DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
Bondable capital improvements shall be eligible for reimbursement with grant proceeds when the improvements are necessitated by a redevelopment project within the zone.
