Multiple Filings

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Franchise Disclosure Act of 1987 [815 ILCS 705].ATTORNEY GENERAL

a) The franchises will be offered concurrently; and
b) The franchises are of a similar type; and
c) The contractual obligations are similar; and
d) The information can be presented in a nonconfusing manner.

The Administrator will register multiple franchises in one filing provided:
