1. a) A party may request a hearing within 15 days of the date of an order issued under Section 23 of the Act.
2. b) If such a request is received by the Administrator, the matter will be set down for hearing within 10 days after such receipt, unless the requesting party consents to a later date.
3. c) Unless a hearing is so requested, the order will remain in effect until it is modified or vacated by the Administrator.
