1. a) Each trainer has the duty to guard or cause to be guarded each horse trained by him/her in such a manner as to prevent any person, including his/her veterinarian, from administering to such horse any foreign substance in violation of this Part.
2. b) Each trainer has the duty to be familiar with the medication rules of the Board, and reasonably familiar with the foreign substances he/she administers or directs his/her employees to administer, and that are administered by his/her veterinarian.
3. c) Each trainer has the duty to have each horse trained by him/her in its assigned security stall in accordance with 11 Ill. Adm. Code 436.
