Board May Contract with Others
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
The Board may contract with racing authorities, race track operators or other bodies for the rendition of such advisory or other services as may be desired.
