Racing Rules Supersede Other Conditions
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
These Rules and Regulations or any other rule made by the Illinois Racing Board, supersede the conditions of a race or the regulations of a meeting when they conflict.
