Race Not Run or Void
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)) [230 ILCS 5/9(b)].ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
If a race never is run or is void, stakes and entrance money shall be returned.
