Employment of Veterinarians
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
No owner or trainer shall employ any veterinarian who has not been duly licensed by the State of Illinois and the Illinois Racing Board as a veterinarian.
