Duties of Racing Secretary
AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
He shall discharge all duties, expressed or implied, required by the Rules and Regulations, and he shall report to the state steward all violations of the Rules and Regulations.
