AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
The racing secretary shall maintain all ownership records in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and directions of the Illinois Racing Board.
