Examination of Horse
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)) [230 ILCS 5/9(b)].ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
The stewards shall have power at any time to order an examination, by such person or persons as they think fit, of any horse entered for a race, or which has run in a race.
