Control Of and Access To Grounds
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)) [230 ILCS 5/9(b)].ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
The stewards shall have control over and free access to all stands, weighing rooms, enclosures, and other places in use for the purpose of racing.
