Registration With Racing Secretary Required
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 8, par. 37-1 et. seq.).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
Any horse stabled at Board-approved off-track stabling must be registered with the Racing Secretary before that horse's entry will be accepted.
