Filing for Permission to Operate
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 8, par. 37-1 et. seq.).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
Permission to operate an off-track stabling facility shall be obtained by first filing at the Board's central office an application in a form prescribed by the Board.
