Suspension of Judge
AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
Any judge may be suspended for refusal to accept a protest or appeal or for refusing to act as witness for a person seeking to swear to a protest or appeal.
