Tampering With Eligibility Certificate
AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
Persons tampering with eligibility certificates may be fined, suspended or expelled and any winnings after such tampering may be ordered forfeited.
